Managing an EU-funded project means managing visibility. Every CERV, Erasmus+, and Interreg project needs a website. Every reporting period needs a progress report. Every partner needs to know what's expected of them and when.

Right now, coordinators handle each of these tasks separately. A website means hiring someone or building it yourself in WordPress. A report means aggregating data from six partners into a document EACEA will accept. Partner communication means sending the same email again and again.

ConsortiumHQ already handles deliverable tracking, automatic reminders, and AI-powered report drafts for CERV projects. The next three features close the remaining gaps.

Feature 1: Project Website Generator

Every EU project is required to have a public website. The Grant Agreement states it. Most coordinators deal with this requirement by setting up a basic WordPress site or adding a page to their organization's existing website. Both options take time the coordinator doesn't have, and the result is often a static page that nobody updates after the first month.

The project website generator in ConsortiumHQ produces a ready-to-publish project website from your Grant Agreement data. When you complete the setup wizard for a project, the system already knows your project name, partner organizations, work packages, timeline, and contact details. The website generator takes that data and produces a site with the sections a European project website needs: project overview, objectives, partner consortium, work package structure, timeline, results and deliverables, and contact information.

The coordinator chooses a template, reviews the auto-populated content, makes any edits they want, and publishes. ConsortiumHQ handles hosting. The site lives at a URL the coordinator can share in dissemination reports, include in email signatures, or link from their organization's main website.

When the project data changes (a new partner joins, a deliverable is completed, a milestone is reached), the coordinator can update the website with one click. No manual editing. No sending changes to a web developer.

Practical impact. Instead of spending a week coordinating a website build, the coordinator has a live project website the same day the project is configured. For coordinators who manage multiple projects, that's one website per project without multiplying the effort.

Feature 2: Expanded AI Reporting for Erasmus+ and Interreg

The current AI-powered report draft in ConsortiumHQ covers CERV final reports. It aggregates completed deliverables, milestone status, deviations, and partner contributions, then generates narrative text in the format EACEA expects.

Coordinators who work across multiple programs asked for the same capability for Erasmus+ and Interreg. Those programs have different reporting formats, different terminology, and different expectations from their respective agencies.

The expanded reporting module adds three things.

Erasmus+ KA2 intermediate and final reports. The system generates a draft structured around the sections the National Agency expects: project progress by work package, partner contributions, mobility activities, dissemination results, and budget execution. The coordinator selects the reporting period and the system pulls the relevant data from the project tracker.

Interreg progress reports. The Interreg format has its own structure, with specific emphasis on cross-border cooperation results, co-financing documentation, and communication activity indicators. The AI draft adapts to that format, generating text that follows the Interreg reporting template rather than a generic narrative.

Multi-program support. For coordinators who manage CERV, Erasmus+, and Interreg projects from the same ConsortiumHQ account, each program's reports get generated from the same project data but formatted according to that program's requirements. No manual reformatting between programs.

Practical impact. A coordinator managing two Erasmus+ projects and one CERV project currently writes three different reports from scratch. With expanded reporting, each report takes two hours of review instead of five days of writing.

Feature 3: Advanced Partner Portal

Partners in ConsortiumHQ currently receive a direct link to their assigned deliverables. They can update the status, attach files, and see their deadline. That's enough for basic coordination, but partners often need more context.

The upgraded partner portal gives each organization a read-only dashboard. When a partner clicks their link, they see their deliverable status across all projects they're involved in, upcoming deadlines for the next 30 days, the project timeline with key milestones, and the overall project health index.

Partners still don't need to create an account. The magic link gives them expanded access without any registration step. The coordinator controls what information partners can see.

Practical impact. Partners stop asking the coordinator basic questions like "when is the next deadline?" or "which deliverables are mine?" because they can see it themselves. The coordinator's inbox gets lighter, and partners feel more involved in the project without needing to log in to a platform they don't use.

These three releases aren't isolated. They form a workflow:

1. Set up the project from the Grant Agreement (existing wizard).
2. The project website goes live with one click (website generator).
3. Partners get a direct link to their dashboard (partner portal).

5. Report season arrives and the AI draft covers CERV, Erasmus+, and Interreg (expanded reporting).

Each step feeds the next. The data entered during setup powers the website, the tracker, the reminders, and the reports. No double entry. No copying from one tool to another.

What else is on the roadmap

Beyond these three features, the team is working on several areas based on coordinator feedback:

• Budget execution tracking against Grant Agreement allocations, with visual indicators when spending deviates from the planned budget.
• Document hub per work package so all project files live in one place instead of scattered across email threads and shared drives.
• Portfolio export that generates shareable snapshots of all active projects for reporting to organizational leadership or board meetings.

When can you use these features?

The project website generator ships in late June 2026. The expanded reporting module and the advanced partner portal ship in July 2026. All three features are available to Pro plan subscribers. The partner portal is also available on the Starter plan.
