ConsortiumHQ is Growing — Help Us Shape It

Six months ago ConsortiumHQ started as a simple idea: give EU project coordinators a tool that actually understands how CERV, Erasmus+, and Interreg projects work. No generic project management software repurposed for European grants. No spreadsheets pretending to be a system.

Today, coordinators at universities, NGOs, foundations, and technology centers across Spain and Europe use ConsortiumHQ to set up projects in under five minutes, track deliverables without chasing partners by email, and generate progress reports in the format EACEA expects.

The product works. And now it's time to make it bigger.

What we've learned from coordinators so far

Every feature in ConsortiumHQ exists because a coordinator told us they needed it. The setup wizard came from a coordinator at a Spanish NGO who spent three days configuring a CERV project in a generic tool before giving up. The automatic reminder system came from a university project manager who estimated she spent six hours a week sending follow-up emails to partners. The AI-powered report draft came from a technology center coordinator who admitted building each progress report took her an entire work week.

These conversations shaped the product. The next round of features will come from the same place: your feedback.

What's working (and what isn't)

Coordinators tell us the setup wizard and the deliverable tracker are the features they depend on daily. The project health index in the Portfolio Command Center gets mentioned as the thing they open first every morning. The automatic reminders save real hours.

We also hear what's missing. Coordinators want better reporting tools. They want a way to give partners more visibility without creating full accounts. They want a project website they can point to when someone asks "what is this project about?" without building one from scratch in WordPress.

How you can help shape what comes next

We're opening a direct feedback channel for all ConsortiumHQ users. If you coordinate EU projects and have an opinion on what the tool should do next, we want to hear it.

Tell us your worst task. What's the single thing you spend the most time on that shouldn't take that long? For some coordinators it's the progress report. For others it's partner onboarding. For others it's tracking budget execution against the Grant Agreement. The more specific you are, the better we can build for it.

Tell us what's awkward. What feels harder than it should in your current workflow? What do you do outside ConsortiumHQ because the tool doesn't cover it yet? Those gaps are where the next features come from.

Tell us what program you need next. ConsortiumHQ currently supports CERV, Erasmus+ KA2, and Interreg. If you coordinate Horizon Europe, Creative Europe, or another program and want a profile built for it, let us know. The next program profiles get built based on demand.

You can send feedback directly from the app using the feedback button in the sidebar, or by replying to any email from the ConsortiumHQ team. Every message gets read by a person, not sorted by a bot.

What's already in progress

While we collect feedback, we're not standing still. Three features are in active development right now.

Project website generator. Enter your Grant Agreement data and ConsortiumHQ produces a ready-to-publish project website with your work packages, partner organizations, timeline, and contact details. No WordPress setup, no hosting configuration, no web developer. One click and you have a URL you can share with stakeholders, include in dissemination reports, or point to from your organization's main site. Expected release: late June 2026.

Automatic reporting expansion. The AI-powered report draft currently covers CERV final reports. We're extending it to Erasmus+ KA2 intermediate and final reports, and adding support for Interreg progress report formats. If you coordinate multiple programs, you'll be able to generate each program's report from the same project data. Expected release: July 2026.

Advanced partner portal. Partners currently see their assigned deliverables via a direct link. The upgraded partner portal will give each organization a read-only dashboard showing their deliverable status, upcoming deadlines, and project timeline. Partners still don't need an account. The link gives them more information, more context, and less reason to email the coordinator with basic questions. Expected release: July 2026.

Why your feedback matters now

The difference between a tool built for coordinators and a tool built by coordinators is who decides the roadmap. Right now, the team making ConsortiumHQ is small enough that a single coordinator's feedback can change what we build next.

That changes as the product grows. The earlier you share what you need, the more likely it is that the next release includes it.

If you haven't tried it yet, the Starter plan is free and includes a complete project with the setup wizard and health dashboard. Set up a real project, use it for a week, and then tell us what's missing.

The best product isn't built in a vacuum. It's built by the people who use it.

Frequently asked questions

How do I send feedback to the ConsortiumHQ team? Use the feedback button in the app sidebar, or reply directly to any email from the team. Every message is read by a person.

Will requested features actually get built? Features that are requested by multiple coordinators and fit the product's scope get prioritized in the roadmap. The setup wizard, automatic reminders, and AI report drafts all started as coordinator requests.

Is the feedback channel available on the free Starter plan? Yes. All users, including those on the free Starter plan, can send feedback.

When will the project website generator be available? The project website generator is expected in late June 2026. It will be available on the Pro plan.

Can I request support for a specific European program? Yes. Program profiles get built based on coordinator demand. If you need Horizon Europe, Creative Europe, or another program, tell us and we'll prioritize it.
